Product Colour May Slightly Vary Due to Photographic Lighting Sources or Your Monitor
Settings
1. Pictures of the products shown in the Catalogue are indicative. We do our best to give better results than shown. It may be possible that the actual appearance of items varies due to the availability of raw materials and other reasons beyond our control.
2. For any product, you have ordered use our catalogue facility if the requested flavour, colour, shape, size is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and
delivery address it may be substituted with next best available flavour, colour, shape and size with your Suggestions.
3. There is no return policy, order once placed and received by the customer cannot be returned back at any cost.
4. The orders once placed cannot be cancelled if it has shipped already. It has to be cancelled well in advance before the shipment.
5. The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally.

PRICE QUOTATIONS
1. We prepare and send to the Client a customized quotation based on their inquiry; the quotation includes the following product specifications: Brand, Name of the product, type of printing, dimensions, material, number of colours, quantity, delivery terms, price, and terms of payment.
2. The quotation offered is only valid for the sarees or other Items including their specifications and the respective quantity.
3. The quotation is valid for 30 calendar days from the day it was written unless the quotation provides for a different validity period.
4. We reserve the right to correct any mistakes in the product specifications included in the quotation.
PRICES
1. The price of the sarees or other Items offered in a particular quotation is final unless a different price has been agreed on.
2. In cases of framework agreements for the Production of sarees or other Items, which include specific prices of the sarees or other Items in question, the Manufacturer retains the right to change the prices of sarees or other Items, as well as the terms of ordering, delivery, and/or payment one-sidedly at his own discretion, if significant changes in the market conditions occur such as, but not limited to, the change of raw material and material prices, etc. In such a case, we shall inform the Client of the respective shift in writing and due course.
PAYMENT TERMS
1. The payment of the invoiced amount for each order shall be made in advance, i.e. before the dispatch of the Sarees or other Items, unless the two parties have agreed differently.
2. The payment is considered to be made by the Client after we have received the amount.
DELIVERY TERMS
1. Strictly we follow the customer satisfaction and on-time delivery for our valuable customers.
2. Our deadline is 5 (five) business days from the date of the order in case no special production means need to be made.
3. The Client has the right to choose the means of delivery – his own transport, a transport/courier company, etc.
4. The Client shall provide our Company with his/her correct address and delivery conditions in due time.
5. The Client shall transport (accept) the Company goods within 10 business days from the day the Manufacturer is ready to dispatch.
